Below, we provide the privacy policy for the website www.jonioyachting.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site“), as the data controller of the personal data of users who browse and are registered on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Users“), in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation” or “Applicable Legislation“).

The personal data of Users will be lawfully processed by the Controller in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation for the following purposes:

Personal data of Site Users will be retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in paragraph 1 above, or as required for the protection of civil law interests of both Users and the Data Controller. Regarding the purpose mentioned in paragraph 1.b, data will be retained until you object to receiving the newsletter. This can be done through the provided link in the newsletter or by exercising the rights outlined in paragraph 4.
- SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE
